Everyone should expect an apple pie

Well it is apple picking time in Ohio. This was Ethan's second time out to the apple orchard. Ethan's aunt from Massachusettes is visiting and was able to go with us. Ethan really enjoyed picking apples with her and eating them in the backseat on the way home.
Ava was with us in the stroller. She was not as
interested in the apples as the rest of us.

After our trip to the orchard we went out to Granville to show Amanda where it all started.
It was homecoming at Denison, so there were
a couple of things for us to do.
Ethan was able to go into one of those Jump Houses. There was
a big inflatable slide that Ethan
had to climb up. The onlookers
were very impressed that Ethan could climb up by himself. Ethan also painted a pumpkin, but was getting tired and wasn't that into painting.

Apple picking is another reason why I love this season.
There are only a few things in this world better
than a warm cup of apple cider and being with your
family
